Smaller Buttoms. like Reply, New Thread, Quote, ect..

Maybe a "Thanks Hack/Button."

And MORE SMILIES!!!!!

Less bulky forum icons and reply buttons.

Also make it so you don't have to click a quick reply button to quick reply.

EDIT: The two arrows on navbar rollover look naff too, just one arrow would be better.
